Mr. Muhammad Rizwan Manzoor is working as Assistant Director Research at the Institute since March 2015. He has organized various parliamentary roundtables and workshops with Members of National Parliament and Provincial Assemblies. He has authored dozens of publications, including research articles and books, demonstrating his expertise in diverse domains of economy, governance and public policy.

His professional accomplishments have been recognized through the US Legislative Fellowship Award (2018) and Charles Wallace Fellowship (2023). Mr. Manzoor holds an undergraduate degree in commerce from GC University, Faisalabad and a postgraduate degree in Economics from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
